Start Point Address: Cornerstone Cafe, 2 East Main Street at the corner of E. Main St. (Rt. 537) and South St. (Rt. 79).
Event Description:  The route will be along downtown streets and sidewalks, and on natural surfaces in Tompanemus Park. Not all streets have curb cuts. Directions:
    Freehold: From NORTH, Route 9 South to exit marked West Main St/Route 537. At top of exit ramp, turn left. * Proceed through downtown Freehold. Start point and parking will be on your right. From SOUTH, take Route 9 North. Exit at West Main Street/Route 537. Turn right at the top of the exit ramp. Proceed from (*) above. From NORTH: Garden State Parkway to Exit 123 to Route 9 South. From NORTH NJ Turnpike to Exit 11 (Garden State Parkway) to Exit 123 to Route 9 South. From WEST or South, NJ Turnpike North to Exit 8 to Route 33 East into Freehold

Comments:
      Charming Freehold will be all dressed up for Halloween.  Parking is available at Market Yard parking lot, left side of Mechanic Street (behind the American Hotel). The event will be held regardless of weather, but keep in mind that severe weather will increase the trail difficulty. Please, no littering along the trail. Pets on leashes OK. Restrooms will be available at the start/finish and at points along the walk route. Water and hard candy will be available at the start point and checkpoints. Delicious food available at the Cornerstone Cafe, our start point. Please patronize our gracious host.
